Always driven to achieve maximum results with the entire team and that in the most efficient way is my biggest challenge. Teambuilding, streamlining processes, project preparation, management, performance, dynamics, relieving, motivation, stress resistant, respect and customer-oriented are terms that suit me well. I never shy away from decision making, assessing, adapting, improving and reorganizing. I am an entrepreneur at heart and am most happy when I’m pushing the boundaries together with a project team, making our clients wishes come true.

Architecture, organization and managing are in my blood. As the son of a general contractor, I visited the projects of my father’s development and building company from a very young age onwards. A new rooftop, a renovation job or big (re)construction projects, I joined everywhere and gained my experience. In the year 2000 I completed my master’s degree in Industrial Business Management, after I had successfully completed my bachelor’s degree at the University of Technical Engineering in 1999. The energetic and dynamic world of Retail already attracted me for years. In the first seven years of the 21st century, I flew through Europe and the Middle East to develop and open stores for major international brands.

The following years I added the development of Retail and Leisure & Hospitality concepts. The cross-fertilization of the different ways of working within these two sectors has proven successful. While working with clients and (local) governments and managing project teams, architects, designers, suppliers and manufacturers, I’m in my element.
